The manual capper of screw caps, is a device which acts with the contact with the container cap, then when we perform pressure with the cap the closer will start to rotate up to the maximum programmed torque, once it detects that the cap has reached the maximum torque, the closer automatically disconnects to not continue making force.
also with our adaptation, this capper machine can be automated for the semi-automatic capping of bottles with screw cap.
The capper machine acts automatically on the bottle. When the bottle is detected by the sensor, the capper machine lowers until it comes in contact with the cap and performs the rotation with the maximum allowed torque, without damaging the closure.
Once the container is perfectly closed, the capper machine returns to its initial position, until a new container is detected.
